Montenegro's climate varies between the Adriatic coast and the mountainous interior. The coast enjoys warm, dry summers and mild winters, while the highlands experience cooler summers and snowy winters. Spring (April–May) and early autumn (September–October) are particularly rewarding, with comfortable temperatures, fewer crowds and vibrant landscapes. Summer is also an excellent time to explore both the coast and mountain regions.
